Job Description:
Work as hall service staff at a panoramic restaurant on the top floor of a city hotel directly connected to Tennoji Station and Osaka Abenobashi Station in Abeno Ward, Osaka City. The restaurant offers sweeping views over the Osaka skyline and hosts special seasonal events such as Hokkaido food fairs, making each shift engaging and varied. Duties include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling reservations and modifications, cashier operation, and table setup. No prior hotel restaurant experience is needed; senior staff provide thorough on-the-job guidance, and those with English language ability for service are particularly welcome. Two shift patterns rotate on a schedule: a lunch-to-early-evening shift (11:00-19:30) and a dinner-to-closing shift (14:00-22:30), each with 7.5 hours actual work and a 1-hour break. The dinner shift ending at 22:30 attracts a 25% late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) for any hours from 22:00, bringing the rate to 2,125 yen for that portion. Full transportation allowance is paid (交通費全額支給 koutsuuhi zengaku shikyuu). Staff canteen meals are available for 300 yen per meal, and a rest room, individual lockers, and a nap bed are provided on site. High school graduate or above required. Minimum commitment of 2 months. This is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) position managed by JW Solution.

Late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 22:00-22:30 at 25% uplift = 2,125円 per hour for those hours. Overtime allowance paid. Full transportation allowance (交通費全額支給 koutsuuhi zengaku shikyuu).
