Job Description:

Work as a linen sorting staff member at a distribution facility in Suita City, Osaka, supplying towels, sheets, and other bed linen to major hotels across the Kansai region. Duties involve three simple steps: checking delivery slips to confirm required products and quantities, sorting towels and sheets by placing the right number into trolley cages, and wheeling the loaded cages to their designated storage positions. Products are lightweight - occasional items reach about 5kg - and cage trolleys roll easily, keeping physical load minimal. The work floor is a comfortable size and fully air-conditioned year-round, so neither summer heat nor winter cold affects the working environment. A dedicated senior staff member provides one-on-one support until you are confident working independently - no formal training session is held but you will never be left to figure things out alone. Two shift start times to choose from: 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30 (each 8 hours actual work, 60-minute break); overtime averages up to 20 hours per month at a 25% premium rate. The schedule runs 4 to 5 days per week; at least one of Saturday or Sunday is required. Advance pay (前払い maebarai) available within company rules. Hair colour and style are free within guidelines. This is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) position; minimum 3 months commitment required.

Wage:
