Job Description:

Work as sales and light kitchen staff at TRUFFLE DONUT, a fresh cream-filled donut specialist shop (生ドーナツ namanama donatsu) in Komae City, Tokyo, just 5 minutes walk from Komae Station on the Odakyu Line. Duties include over-counter donut sales, handling online orders, making fresh donuts (simple process, no experience needed), and preparing light delivery meal orders using no open fire - straightforward tasks that anyone can pick up quickly. The shop has a relaxed, freeform culture compared with typical food service jobs: any hair colour and style, nails, piercings, and everyday clothes under the provided apron are all completely fine. Shifts run between 06:00 and 20:00; choose any 2-3 hour block or more within that window, from just 1 day per week; shift submissions are made via SNS every 2 weeks, and last-minute swaps can also be arranged. Cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided. Transportation allowance is paid up to 500 yen per day. A pathway to full-time employment and independent franchise ownership is available for those who want it (full-time starting salary 280,000 yen or above per month, franchise support from as early as 6 months).
