Job Description:

Work as a condominium building manager and cleaning staff member in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo, 5 minutes walk from Edogawabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line. The morning shift runs from 07:30 to 11:00 (3.5 hours actual work, no break, almost no overtime), Tuesday through Saturday; Sundays and Mondays are always off. The daily routine covers building rounds and rubbish collection, cleaning all shared areas (entrance, corridors, staircases, windows, bin storage, letterboxes, lifts, and car park), responding to resident and visitor enquiries, handrail wiping, next-day rubbish preparation, and writing a brief daily report. The work alternates between focused solo cleaning tasks and occasional light resident interaction - methodical, low-stress, and learnable within a short period using the detailed manual and on-site senior staff support. After a minimum of 4 months as a dispatch worker, a switch to direct contract employment (契約社員 keiyaku-shain) at the same location becomes available, with a retirement age of 72 - a stable long-term path particularly suited to those building a second career after retirement. Full transportation allowance is paid (交通費全額支給 koutsuuhi zengaku shikyuu). High school graduate or above required. No resume needed. Minimum commitment of 2 months.
