Job Description:
Work as a picking and packing staff member at a logistics facility in Suita City, Osaka, 10 minutes walk from Minami-Suita Station on the Osaka Higashi Line. The role involves three simple steps: scanning QR codes on a smartphone to pick the correct screws and small hardware parts, sorting picked items by delivery destination, and boxing parts into cardboard cartons, attaching shipping labels, and moving them to the dispatch area. Products are tiny - screws and small components weighing a few grams to 10kg at most - so there is no heavy lifting or long-distance walking through large warehouse aisles; the parts area is compact with only around 4 staff working together. Around 90% of current staff started with no prior warehouse experience; a senior team member teaches everything from day one in a friendly, approachable environment. The workspace is fully air-conditioned year-round with no overtime; hours are fixed at 09:00 to 18:00 (8 hours actual work, 60-minute break), Monday to Friday, with Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and major seasonal breaks all off. Advance pay (前払い maebarai) is available within company rules. Transportation allowance is paid for commutes of 2km or more from home. This is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) position; minimum 3 months commitment required.
