Job Description:

This is an opening-staff position at a brand-new Seven-Eleven convenience store in Takasaki City, Gunma, covering cashier and customer service, product stocking, shelf display, inventory management, and store cleaning. As an opening store, all staff start together from scratch — a good opportunity to join a new team from day one and help shape the store's atmosphere and layout. Shifts are available across all time slots from early morning through deep night, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift (6 hours for the late-night slot) and just 1 day a week required. A late-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi) rate of 1,400 yen per hour applies from 22:00 to 05:00; the 05:00-06:00 portion reverts to the standard rate of 1,120 yen. High school students are welcome for daytime slots only — the early morning (06:00-09:00), evening (17:00-22:00), and late-night (22:00-06:00) slots are restricted to those aged 18 and over under Japanese labour law. Car, motorcycle, and bicycle commuting are all permitted.

Wage:

1,120円 (per hour) Late-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi): 1,400 yen/hour from 22:00-05:00; 1,120 yen/hour from 05:00-06:00. Early morning slot (06:00-09:00): 1,160 yen/hour base.
