Job Description:
This is a daytime prep and hall staff position at Shinjidai, a popular izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) chain that opened in Maebashi, Gunma in July 2025, covering food preparation, ingredient cutting, skewer setup, hall service, and dishwashing. The shift runs 10:00 to 15:00 only — ideal for homemakers who want to work after the morning rush and be home before dinner, or for anyone who prefers daytime-only hours. A minimum of 4 hours per shift and 2 days a week is required under a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with weekends and weekdays both available. Friday, Saturday, and public holiday eves earn an extra 50 yen per hour (土日手当 dosunichi-teate), and large holiday periods such as Golden Week and Obon carry an additional 500 yen per day bonus for shifts of 5 hours or more. A 50-hour training (研修 kenshuu) period is provided, so no restaurant experience is needed. Car and motorcycle commuting are permitted.

Hall staff rate: 1,180 yen/hour. Friday, Saturday and public holiday eve premium: +50 yen/hour (土日手当 dosunichi-teate). Large holiday bonus: +500 yen per day for shifts of 5 hours or more (GW, Obon, year-end). Monthly salary increases available. Research period: 2 months at 1,130 yen/hour.
