Job Description:

This is a warehouse sorting, packing, and picking position at a newly opened distribution facility in Takatsuki City, Osaka, handling Amazon goods and everyday household items such as detergent, hair treatment, and toilet paper. Tasks involve moving products between pallets using hand lifts and sorting and packing items — some products weigh 10 to 20 kg, though heavy lifting is not sustained for long periods. The facility is fully air-conditioned year-round, and a workplace tour is available before committing to the role. A minimum of 3 days a week is required with a fixed 09:00-18:00 shift (8 hours actual work, 1 hour break) under a monthly preference-based shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei). Full daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available on the day of work, and an entry bonus of +100 yen per hour applies for the first month, bringing the starting rate to 1,450 yen. No resume required; web interviews are available. Hair, beard, and nail appearance is free.
