Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff position at a FamilyMart in Joetsu City, Niigata, covering cashier and payment processing, product ordering, shelf stocking and display, and store cleaning. As skills develop, staff are also entrusted with creating promotional POP displays and making product ordering decisions based on customer demand — the store manager actively encourages creativity in these areas. Shifts are available across all time slots from early morning through overnight, with a minimum of 1 day a week required, covering early morning, daytime, evening, and late-night slots. A late-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi) rate of 1,313 yen per hour applies from 22:00 to 06:00, restricted to applicants aged 18 and over under Japanese labour law. Transportation allowance is paid in full, and car, bicycle, and motorcycle commuting are all permitted. A salary advance (前払い maebarai) system is available.
