Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at a Seven-Eleven (セブン-イレブン) in Kashiwa, Chiba, open 24 hours a year round. You will handle cashier work (レジ reji), customer service (接客 settai), product stocking and display, and store cleaning across a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei). Because the store operates around the clock, shifts are available in the early morning (早朝 sochou), daytime, and late night (深夜 shinya), making it easy to fit around school, family, or a second job. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided over 15 days at the same hourly rate, so there is no pay cut while you learn. A salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) is available after the training period. Bicycle and motorcycle commuting are permitted, and transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is provided within company rules.
