Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at a Lawson Store 100 (ローソンストア100) — a mini supermarket format combining convenience store ease with a broader fresh food selection — just 2 minutes walk from Seibu Tokorozawa Station East Exit. You will handle cashier work (レジ reji), customer service (接客 settai), product stocking and display, shelf replenishment, store cleaning, and simple food preparation. Shifts are available across early morning, evening, and late night slots, and the schedule can be discussed freely including weekdays-only or weekends-only arrangements. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided with senior staff support, so first-time workers and those new to convenience stores are fully welcome. Full transportation reimbursement and bicycle commuting are available. A sports facility monthly fee subsidy is included as a staff benefit.
