Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed making role with Seibi Kyushu, a hotel facilities management company with over 50 years of history in the Fukuoka area, operating across hotels in the Chuo-ku and Hakata-ku districts near Tenjin Station. You will make beds, replace and restock amenities and toiletries, and clean bathrooms and toilet areas — focused, independent work with no customer interaction required. There is no heavy lifting and no complicated machinery — the work is a practical extension of everyday housekeeping, with senior staff teaching techniques for neat bed making and efficient room turnover from day one. Shifts run 08:30-16:30 with a 1-hour break, finishing well before the evening, and there is no overtime. A salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) is available, and a uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided. Two transport options are available: a higher base rate of 1,300円 with no transport allowance, or 1,100円 and up with transportation reimbursement within company rules — your choice at the time of application. Japanese language ability of JLPT N3 or equivalent is required for reading workplace manuals and communicating with the team.
