Job Description:

This is a mansion (condominium) building manager and cleaning role in Roppongi, Minato-ku, 2 minutes walk from Roppongi Station — a stable, long-term position suited to middle-aged and senior workers including those in their 50s, 60s, and 70s. A typical day involves morning rounds and rubbish disposal, cleaning of shared areas including the entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, bins, lifts, and car park, handling reception enquiries from residents and visitors, and writing a brief daily log. The work alternates between focused solo cleaning and light human interaction, keeping the day varied without being demanding. Shifts start at 07:30 and run either 4 hours (07:30-11:30) or 7 hours (07:30-15:30 with a 1-hour break), Monday to Saturday with Sundays off, and overtime is minimal.
