Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at a Lawson (ローソン) in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, just 3 minutes walk from Kita-Senju Station West Exit. You will handle cashier work (レジ reji), customer service (接客 settai), product stocking, display, shelf replenishment, cleaning, utility bill and courier processing, and simple food preparation including the in-store kitchen (まちかど厨房) and MACHI cafe items. Three shift slots are available: early morning (06:00-09:00 at the boosted rate of 1,400円), morning (08:00-13:00), and evening (17:00-22:00) — making it easy to fit around family, school, or a second job. Training (研修 kenshuu) and senior staff support are provided, so those returning after a break or working for the first time can settle in comfortably. Transportation is partly reimbursed with a daily cap of 500円, and bicycle commuting is permitted. A pathway to full-time employment (社員登用) is available for those interested in long-term progression.
