Job Description:

This is a kitchen staff role at a brand-new meat and fish restaurant concept launched by La Maison du Chocolat (ラ・メゾン・デュ・ショコラ), the renowned French luxury chocolate brand, directly connected to Ikebukuro Station East Exit. You will be responsible for cooking meat and fish dishes and kitchen cleaning in a newly opened upscale dining format — the brand's first venture into savoury cuisine, making this an early opportunity to join from the ground up. No specialist experience is required to apply, though previous kitchen or food service experience is welcomed and advantageous. Shifts run on a rotation across two slots (09:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00) on a 3-to-5-day-a-week schedule including weekends and public holidays, with 2 to 4 days off per week. Full transportation reimbursement and comprehensive social insurance are provided, along with a Daimaru and Matsuzakaya department store shopping discount (10%).

Wage:

1,700円 (per hour) Full transportation reimbursement (交通費全額支給 koutsuuhi). Paid leave (年次有給休暇).
