Job Description:

This is a condominium building manager and cleaning role in Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku — a stable, part-time position particularly suited to middle-aged and senior workers in their 50s, 60s, and 70s seeking a second career with reliable income. A typical morning involves building rounds and rubbish disposal, cleaning of shared areas (entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, bin areas), handling light reception enquiries from residents and visitors, and writing a brief daily log. Hours are short — between 2 and 3 hours per shift starting at 07:00, finishing by 10:00 on weekdays only, for approximately 12 hours per week total. There is virtually no overtime and weekends are always off. After a minimum of 4 months as a dispatch worker, a pathway to direct employment as a contract staff member is available, with a retirement age of 72.
