Job Description:

This is a light warehouse role handling care products (介護用品) — including nappies and hygiene goods — at a facility in Settsu, Osaka, 12 minutes walk from Minami-Settsu Station. Tasks cover picking from a paper list, sorting by delivery destination, packing with protective materials, and applying labels such as fragile stickers and address labels — a clear four-step workflow that most staff learn quickly from day one. Products range from 200g to a maximum of 25kg, though lighter items make up the majority of the work. The workspace is ventilated and equipped with spot coolers, keeping conditions comfortable year-round. A rest room, lockers, fridge, microwave, and free car and bicycle parking are all available on site. An advance payment system (前払い maewatashi) allows access to part of earned wages before the regular payday, subject to company rules. Weekends, public holidays, and GW/Obon/year-end breaks are all off. Car and motorcycle commuting are both permitted with free parking. Hair colour and clothing are free within reasonable limits.

Wage:
