Job Description:

This is an evening cleaning and kitchen support role in the basement food hall of Osaka Takashimaya department store in Namba, covering the seafood counter's back-of-house area. Tasks include washing knives, chopping boards, and cooking utensils, cleaning the preparation area, collecting fish scraps and taking out rubbish, tidying the counter, and occasionally assisting with product stocking and display as needed. Shifts run between 15:00 and 20:00, with a selectable working time of 3 to 5 hours per shift — you choose your start time within the window (e.g. 16:00-20:00 or 17:00-20:00), making this highly compatible with a second job or family responsibilities. A minimum of 3 days per week is required, with shifts submitted monthly. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available.
