Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen role at Sake Pachipachi (酒パチパチ), a lively and popular izakaya in Nakano known for fresh seafood, a signature motsu-ni (もつ煮) hotpot, and a wide sake selection — 5 minutes walk from Nakano Station. Hall staff greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks. Kitchen staff handle dish washing, plating, and — as you progress — cooking. You will be assigned based on preference. Two wage tiers apply after the 14-shift training period: the standard rate of 1,350円, or 1,500円 for those committing to at least 3 shifts per week including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The training rate is 1,250円 for the first 14 shifts. A late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, bringing the rate to approximately 1,688円 or 1,875円 depending on your tier. Shifts can run until 23:30, with last-train consideration. A free staff meal (まかない makanai) is provided, and appearance rules are relaxed — hair colour, piercings, nails, and facial hair are all welcome within the bounds of cleanliness.
