Job Description:

This is a business hotel room cleaning and bed making role near Hatchobori Station in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, covering mainly twin rooms and some king rooms. Each room takes 20-30 minutes and you will handle around 11 rooms per shift: making beds (シーツ交換 siitsu-koukan, pillow and duvet setting), cleaning bathrooms and toilets, replenishing towels and amenities, collecting rubbish, vacuuming, and doing a final check of all items in the room. The workflow follows a fixed procedure that becomes second nature quickly — once learned, each shift is a consistent, predictable routine. The corridors are open-air and well-ventilated, keeping the working environment comfortable. Shifts run from 10:00 to 15:00 (5 hours, no break), 4 or more days per week on a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. Hair colour is free within company rules, and a uniform is provided. No resume is required.
