Job Description:
Work as cooking and service staff at Marugame Seimen, a well-known udon chain restaurant in Ashikaga. The open kitchen format means you prepare and serve food directly in front of customers, handling everything from udon to tempura, inari, and rice dishes. Other positions include cashier (レジ reji), dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), and general kitchen support — multiple roles available depending on your preference. No experience needed; thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and detailed recipes are provided from day one. Shifts run 08:30-23:00 under a free shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) with schedules submitted weekly. A late-night allowance applies from 22:00 (25% wage increase). Late-night shifts after 22:00 are open to applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month, including car and motorcycle commuters. Minimum contract period of 3 months.
