Job Description:
Work at a hospital in Sapporo washing, sterilizing, and packaging medical instruments such as scissors and forceps used in surgery and medical procedures. Specialized machines handle the sterilization and disinfection process — no prior medical or technical knowledge is needed, as full one-on-one training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from the start. You will organize and package instrument sets so that doctors and nurses always have safe, ready-to-use equipment — a behind-the-scenes role essential to daily hospital operations. Shifts rotate across three time bands on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with the rotation cycle managed to reduce worker burden. The job runs Monday to Friday with weekends and public holidays off — ideal for those wanting a stable full-time schedule. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available under company rules. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered.
