Job Description:

Work as a convenience store staff member at Seven-Eleven Hokkaido ST Souen, a 24-hour store in central Sapporo. Duties cover all standard combini operations: cashier (レジ reji), customer service, product stocking and display, stock ordering, in-store cleaning, and handling public utility payments, ticket issuance, and internet order pick-ups. The shift runs 22:00 to 07:00, with a late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applying from 22:00 to 05:00, bringing the rate up to 1,458 yen per hour during those hours. New starters begin with simpler tasks and are trained step by step — no combini experience is needed. The store is just 1 minute walk from Souen Station, making it one of the most accessible locations in Sapporo. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered within company rules.
