Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at Marugame Ramen Asahikawa Nagayama, opening in late October as an opening-staff recruitment. Hall duties include guiding customers to their seats, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables. Kitchen duties start with dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) and plating, then progress to cooking assistance, topping preparation, and side dish preparation as you grow comfortable. Staff receive thorough one-on-one support from day one, so no restaurant experience is needed. The role is especially popular with homemakers working lunchtime shifts alongside family commitments. Shifts run 11:00-17:00 across several patterns and can be adjusted to fit school schedules, children's activities, or other personal needs.
