Job Description:
Work as front desk and hall staff at JOYSOUND Matsuyama Okaido Ichibancho, a popular karaoke venue in central Matsuyama. Duties include counter reception, guiding customers to rooms, preparing and serving food and drinks, and room cleaning. The role suits anyone who enjoys working with people in a lively team environment. Three shift bands are available: early (09:30-18:00), mid (18:00-23:00), and late (23:00-07:00 overnight). The late-night shift (遅番 osoban) is especially in demand. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 30% applies from 22:00 to 05:00, and an early-morning bonus of 10% applies from 05:00 to 08:00. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available. Shifts are submitted every two weeks on a self-reported basis, making it easy to balance study, household duties, or a second job. Pay is calculated to the minute — every minute worked is counted. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is partly covered up to 500 yen per day. No resume is required to apply.
