Job Description:
Work as kitchen and hall staff at Yoshinoya Niihama, a gyudon (beef bowl) fast-food restaurant open around the clock. Hall duties include taking orders, serving food, and handling takeout orders and payment. Kitchen duties cover cooking and plating gyudon and other menu items. Training starts with hall (floor) work and moves step by step into the kitchen as you grow comfortable — no prior experience is needed and a full manual is provided during the 2-month training (研修 kenshuu) period at the same hourly rate. The lunch shift (10:00-13:00 or 09:00-14:00) is the main focus for this recruitment, and is popular with homemakers working around family schedules. Weekend-only shifts are also available. An advance payment system (速払い maebarai) is in place on earned wages. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, bringing the rate up to 1,500 yen. Foreigners are welcome; basic conversational Japanese is required for work.
