Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen support staff at Sushiro Gifu Ishinaga, a popular conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Gifu City. Hall duties include customer seating, cashier (レジ reji), and table clearing. Kitchen support involves simple cooking assistance for sushi and side dishes — no sushi-making skill required. Shifts run 09:00-24:00 under a weekly shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei). A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, bringing the rate to 1,413 yen. Weekend and holiday shifts earn an additional 50 yen per hour on top of the base rate. High school students and those under 18 must finish by 22:00 (Japanese labour law). Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. A wide range of appearance styles are welcome: any hair colour, coloured contacts, eyelash extensions, hijab, beard, piercings, and earrings are permitted within company guidelines. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available on earned wages.
