Job Description:
Work as hall staff at Jolly Pasta Kogo, a casual Italian pasta and pizza restaurant in Hiroshima's Nishi-ku ward. Duties include guiding customers to their seats, delivering food and drinks, cashier and payment handling, and table clearing. The restaurant uses a self-order touchscreen system — customers place orders themselves, so there is no order-taking involved, making the role especially easy for beginners. A full operations manual is in place and training starts with simple tasks, building gradually. Most current staff started with no experience. Shift ① runs 09:00 to 00:30 (overnight); shifts ② and ③ cover daytime (10:00-17:00) and evening (17:00-21:00). A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,438 yen applies from 22:00. Weekend and holiday shifts earn an additional 50 yen per hour. High school students are paid 1,100 yen per hour and must have written permission from their school. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 15,000 yen per month. Must be able to work at least one of Saturday or Sunday.
