Job Description:

Work in a clean room (クリーンルーム) at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Shoo-cho, Okayama, checking and packaging various medicines. Duties include inspecting and packing pharmaceutical products. Most items are lightweight, keeping physical strain low. No prior experience or qualifications are needed — full support is provided before and after starting work. Two rotating shifts operate: a day shift (08:15-17:15) and a night shift (18:05-03:05 overnight). Overtime of 20 hours or more per month is expected. Weekends and public holidays are off, with major holiday periods included. The starting rate is 1,500 yen per hour; the night shift rate is 1,875 yen per hour. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. Free staff housing is provided — a furnished one-room apartment with home appliances.
