Job Description:

Work as kitchen or hall staff at Marugame Seimen Matsudo Nijussekigaoka, a well-known udon chain restaurant in Matsudo City, Chiba, operating weekends and holidays. Hall duties include table clearing and cashier (レジ reji). Kitchen duties cover dishwashing (洗い場 araiba), udon and tempura cooking, and rice dish preparation. Tasks are divided into clear individual roles so each one can be done efficiently — ideal for first-time restaurant workers. Saturday shifts run 08:00-24:00 and Sunday/holiday shifts run 08:00-23:00, under a weekly self-reported shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei). Minimum 3 hours per day from the start of the shift. A late-night allowance applies from 22:00 (25% increase). No experience needed — a full recipe manual and thorough training (研修 kenshuu) are provided, and the training rate matches the standard rate. Pay is calculated to the minute. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month; car, motorcycle, and bicycle commuting allowed, with gasoline costs also covered under company rules.
