Job Description:

Work as a convenience store staff member at Seven-Eleven Matsudo Takasago-dori, located just 3 minutes walk from Matsudo Station west exit. Duties include cashier (レジ reji), customer service, product stocking and restocking, in-store cleaning, public utility payment handling, parcel acceptance, and various click-and-collect services. Tasks are introduced gradually so beginners can build confidence step by step. Five shift bands are available: daytime (12:00-18:00), two evening options (17:00-22:00 and 18:00-00:00), and an overnight band (22:00-08:00). A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 to 05:00, bringing the rate to 1,494 yen. High school students are eligible for shifts ① and ③ (17:00-22:00). A 60-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the same base rate. Salary increases are available as skills develop.
