Job Description:

Work as a cafe and sweets sales staff member at a long-established dessert brand with an attached cafe in Minami-Aoyama, just 1 minute walk from Omotesando Station. Duties include customer service and cashier (レジ reji), restocking products, opening and closing procedures, serving cafe menu items, and simple cooking assistance. Beautifully plating signature sweets is a key part of the role — a chance to bring your love of pastry and confectionery to work every day. Experience working in a cafe or a background from a confectionery school is required. The team is supportive and questions are always welcome, making it easy to settle in. The shift runs 10:30-19:30 (7 hours 50 minutes actual work, 70 min break) on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) covering 4-5 days per week including weekends and public holidays, with 2-3 rest days per week. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. Daimaru Matsuzakaya department store shopping discount vouchers (10% off) are provided. High school graduate or above required. Minimum contract period of 2 months.
