Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen staff at Yakiniku Horumon Enma, a lively yakiniku and horumon (offal barbecue) restaurant in the basement of a building steps from Takadanobaba Station in Shinjuku ward. Hall staff guide customers to seats, serve food and drinks using a mobile order system (so no order-taking required), and handle general floor duties. Kitchen staff handle simple cooking assistance, plating, and dishwashing (洗い場 araiba). A generous allowance structure is in place: working 4 or more days per week earns a 50 yen wage increase, weekend and public holiday shifts earn an additional 500 yen per day, a daily entry bonus (大入り手当 ooiri-teate) of 1,000 yen is paid when the store hits its sales target, and lunchtime or early-shift starts earn a bonus of 500-1,000 yen. Wages can be paid by hand cash (手渡し tewatashi) or weekly payment (週払い shuubarai). Free staff meals are available before, during, or after shifts — including cold noodles, bibimbap, and leftover meat to take home. No resume required. High school students are not eligible. Foreign applicants must hold JLPT N1 or above, or have business-level Japanese, or hold a 技術・人文知識・国際業務 visa. Late-night work from 22:00 to 05:00 is for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).
