Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen staff at a dining bar and shisha lounge in Hirano ward, Osaka, located 1 minute walk from Kirehana Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. Hall staff handle customer service and drink preparation including cocktails and shisha (water pipe) setup. Kitchen staff prepare Western and Mediterranean-style dishes — creative input is actively encouraged, with the possibility of getting your own original recipes on the menu. The shift window runs 18:00-05:00 (overnight) with a free self-reported shift system — from 3 hours per shift, 1 day per week. Weekend-only, weekday, or flexible mixed schedules are all fine. Bartender and kitchen skills are taught from scratch by senior staff. Must be 20 or over as the role involves working in a smoking environment. Hand cash payment (手渡し tewatashi), daily payment (日払い hibarai), and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are all available. Staff accommodation (寮 ryou) is available from 20,000 yen per month for those relocating to Osaka.
