Job Description:

Work as kitchen and hall support staff at Hige Sushi (髭寿司) inside Hanshin Umeda Bal Yokocho, a lively bar and restaurant arcade in Hanshin Umeda main store, directly connected to Osaka-Umeda Station. Kitchen duties are the main focus: dishwashing using a commercial dishwasher, plating, and assisting with side dish preparation and pre-cooking. Hall duties include seating customers, serving tea, taking orders, cashier (レジ reji), and table clearing. No cooking skill or sushi knowledge is needed — the role supports the craftsmen. Shifts run between 10:30 and 23:00 with 7-8 hours of actual work and can be arranged to suit your preferred start time. At least one of Saturday or Sunday can be taken as a rest day. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, bringing the rate to 1,688 yen. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered within company rules. Social insurance is fully provided. No resume required.
