Job Description:

Work as hall staff at Bimi Shunsai Honohana, a long-established Japanese izakaya (居酒屋) in the Noda area of Fukushima ward, Osaka, just 1 minute walk from Ebisu Station. Duties include guiding customers to their seats, taking orders, making drinks, and clearing tables. The store is a relaxed, intimate setting with a loyal base of regular customers, managed by a husband-and-wife team with a friendly, close-knit staff. Shifts run 17:30-23:00 under a two-week self-reported shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with a minimum of 4 hours per shift from 1 day per week. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, bringing the rate from 1,250 yen to 1,562 yen. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is especially welcome. Mondays are a fixed day off. Pay is received by hand cash (手渡し tewatashi). Foreign applicants require JLPT N2 or above. High school students are not eligible; high school graduates and above are welcome. A 10-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at 1,200 yen.
