Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Kuroiso, a popular udon chain restaurant, handling hall and kitchen duties during dinner time (18:00-22:00). The restaurant welcomes a wide range of staff including students, homemakers, and career returners, with a team spanning ages from teens to 60s. Kitchen tasks include boiling and plating udon, preparing tempura and onigiri to recipe, and supporting takeout orders. Hall tasks include welcoming guests, cashier work, dishwashing (食洗器 shokusenki), and cleaning. A step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) system and detailed manuals are in place, so no experience is needed to get started. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal for up to 800 yen worth of food. A family canteen scheme provides free meals for employees with children aged 15 and under. Car and motorcycle commuting is allowed with fuel covered under company rules. Minimum contract period of 3 months.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Salary increase system available. Up to 25% staff discount at Toridoll group restaurants.
