Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at a restaurant inside a hot spring facility (温泉施設 onsen-shisetsu) located within New Chitose Airport. You will take orders from guests, relay them to the kitchen, serve dishes to tables, and clean up after customers. A senior staff member will be nearby during training (研修 kenshuu) to guide you through each task step by step. The workplace has a relaxed atmosphere with a steady, unhurried pace typical of an onsen resort setting. Two shift time slots are available: 09:00-17:30 or 11:30-20:00, so you can choose the hours that suit you. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) of your wages is available within regulations. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is provided within company rules. No experience is required and full support is provided from day one.

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Advance payment (前払い maebarai) available within regulations. Monthly income example: 190,000 yen or more (1,250 yen x 7.5 hours x 21 days). Friend referral bonus (You & me bonus) available within regulations.
