Job Description:

This is a hall, kitchen, and cleaning staff role at a popular izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) in the Susukino entertainment district of Sapporo, Hokkaido. Hall staff take guest reservations, serve food and drinks, prepare drinks, and handle checkout; kitchen staff assist with cooking, washing dishes using an industrial dishwasher (食洗機 shokusenkki), preparing ingredients, and plating dishes; cleaning staff handle table wiping, floor mopping, and restroom cleaning before the store opens. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one, so izakaya beginners and first-time part-timers are fully welcome. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available — the previous month's earnings can be paid at the start of the following month, outside of the regular 20th-of-the-month payment cycle. Shifts run from 12:00 to the following morning (翌 yoku) 03:00, and on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holiday eves until 06:00; you choose your hours within that window, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift. Late-night shifts after 22:00 earn a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, and uniforms (制服 seifuku) are supplied. Note: applicants must be 20 years of age or over due to passive smoking regulations.

Wage:

1,150円以上 (per hour) Hall and kitchen staff (role 1): 1,200 yen/hour or more. Cleaning staff (role 2): 1,150 yen/hour or more. Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. Salary increase (昇給 shokyu) opportunity once per month. Full-time freeters in hall role receive full transport allowance reimbursement.
