Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Maru Ichibancho (まる一番町店), a lively izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) on the second floor of Ebisya Building in Sendai's Ichibancho shopping district, Aoba-ku. Hall staff guide guests to seats, take orders, serve food and drinks, prepare drinks, and handle checkout; kitchen staff assist with cooking, use an industrial dishwasher (食洗機 shokusenkki), prepare ingredients, and plate dishes. Training (研修 kenshuu) runs for one month at the same base rate, so no izakaya experience is required. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available: previous month's earnings can be paid at the start of the following month outside the usual 20th-of-month cycle. Shifts run from 14:00 through to 03:00 the following morning (overnight), and a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. A late-night transport home service (深夜送迎 shinya sougei) is available for staff finishing after midnight. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free of charge, and uniforms (制服 seifuku) are supplied. Note: applicants must be 20 years of age or over due to passive smoking regulations.

1,150円以上 (per hour) Role breakdown: Hall staff (role 1): 1,150 yen/hour or more. Kitchen staff (role 2): 1,160 yen/hour or more. Hall staff freeters (role 3): 1,200 yen/hour or more. Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00. Monthly salary increase (昇給 shokyu) opportunity once per month.
