Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Uotami Takasaki Nishiguchi Ekimae (魚民高崎西口駅前店), a seafood-focused izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) in the Montrose group, located on the first floor of Nishiguchi South Park Building a short walk from Takasaki Station's west exit. Hall staff guide guests to seats, take orders, serve food and drinks, prepare drinks, and handle checkout; kitchen staff start with simple cooking tasks and are supported step by step by senior colleagues until confident to take on more. Shifts run from 17:00 through to 03:00 the following morning (overnight), or from 22:00 to 03:00 for the late-night slot; you choose a minimum of 3 hours within those windows, submitted weekly. A deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) raises the rate to 1,500 yen per hour from 22:00. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) of up to 50% of earned wages is available before the regular pay day via an online application — effectively a weekly draw. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at a 50% discount, and hair colour (including vivid colours) is fully permitted; nails and piercings are allowed in the hall role within the stated guidelines. Note: the training period covers 14 actual working days at 1,120 yen per hour.
