Job Description:

This is a food processing and packing (梱包 konpou) role at a shumai (シュウマイ) manufacturing factory in Tsukiji, Fujieda City, Shizuoka. The work follows a simple, repeating assembly line (ライン作業 rain-sagyo) routine: orienting shumai trays as they come down the line, machine-wrapping them in film, packing the wrapped trays into small boxes, and stacking the boxes into cardboard cartons — all light work with no heavy lifting beyond a 5 kg box. The factory floor is air-conditioned year round with a large-capacity system, so the environment is comfortable in both summer and winter. Hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with no overtime, and Thursday is a fixed day off for all staff; a second day off per week can be chosen flexibly, making a three-day weekend possible on request. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available within regulations. Clean-room clothing (クリーン服 kurin-fuku) and work shoes are provided free of charge and laundered by the company — no equipment needs to be brought from home. Hair colour is unrestricted, and a free parking lot is available for car commuters.
