Job Description:

This is a hospital cleaning staff role at a hospital in Shijo-cho, Kashihara City, Nara, maintaining floors, corridors, and toilets throughout the facility. Tasks include daily cleaning of hospital floors and hallways using mops and equipment, restocking consumables and supplies, collecting rubbish from each area, and transporting collected waste (approximately 20 kg) to the designated disposal point. Two shift windows are available: an early morning (早朝 souchou) window from 05:00 or 06:30 through to 11:30, and an afternoon window from 17:00 to 19:00 or 20:00 — you choose which pattern suits your lifestyle, with shifts running 2 to 6 hours per day. The hospital is a stable, hygienically managed workplace with a quiet atmosphere; cleaning experience is not required as thorough on-the-job guidance is provided from day one. An advance wage draw (前払い maebarai) is available within regulations. Uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided free of charge. Note: car commuting is not available as there is no on-site parking — motorbike and bicycle access is welcome.
