Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Gokoku Kai Futaba (五穀甲斐双葉店), a Japanese, Western, and Chinese family restaurant on the first floor of Laza Walk Kai Futaba shopping centre in Kai City, Yamanashi. Hall staff welcome and seat guests, deliver food and drinks, process checkout, and reset tables; kitchen staff assist with simple cooking, plating, and dishwashing. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one by a senior staff member, and first-timers who feel nervous about front-of-house service can start in the kitchen first. Shifts are self-declared each 1 to 2 weeks, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 2 days per week — suitable for students, parents with school-age children, or anyone with a second job to work around. A Sunday and public holiday bonus (日祝手当 nichishuku-teate) of +50 yen per hour applies, and hours worked after 22:00 attract a 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) bringing the rate to 1,375 yen. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at a flat 340 yen per meal, and daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available within regulations.

Wage:
