Job Description:
This is a product inspection and quality control staff role at a factory in Kashiwa City, Chiba, inspecting machine parts and components and handling related administrative documentation. Specific duties include measuring and inspecting parts for defects or dimensional accuracy, and completing inspection records and light paperwork — no specialist background is required as training support is provided after joining. Hours are fixed at 08:00 to 17:00 with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays all off, providing a stable daytime schedule that leaves evenings and weekends free. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available: up to 70% of earned wages can be requested by the previous day and transferred as early as the next day via a simple photo-of-timecard application process on Mondays and Wednesdays. Overtime is paid separately at the full rate on top of the base wage, so the potential monthly income is 280,000 yen or more. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully paid within company regulations, and car commuting is welcome.
