Job Description:

This is a light packing and labelling (梱包 konpou) role at a stationery and office goods factory in Midori-ku, Nagoya, Aichi, handling finished products coming off the production line. The main task is applying stickers (シール貼り shiiru-bari) to packaged products — a straightforward, repetitive operation with no difficult assembly or technical skill required; the entire workforce is made up of people who started with no factory experience. Hours are 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday only, with Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and major holiday periods (GW, Obon, year-end) all off — providing a stable work-life balance. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) and advance payment (前払い maebarai) of earned wages are both available within regulations. An entry bonus (入社祝い金 nyuusha-iwaigane) of 50,000 yen and a friend referral bonus (友達紹介 tomodachi-shoukai) of 50,000 yen are both available within regulations. Uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided, and motorbike commuting is welcome.
