Job Description:

This is a parts picking and packing role at a factory in Nishi-ku, Kobe, Hyogo, using a handheld terminal (ハンディ端末 handi-tanmatsu) to locate and pick parts, then packing them for dispatch. The workplace is clean and air-conditioned, and OJT training (OJT研修 OJT-kenshuu) is provided from day one, so no prior factory or warehouse experience is required. A wide range of age groups from their 20s to 50s are currently working at the site, and the atmosphere is described as welcoming and stable. Hours are fixed at 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off per the company calendar; up to two Saturdays per month may be scheduled but are negotiable. Overtime is entirely optional — you can choose to work overtime or not without any pressure. An early wage draw service is available: a portion of earned wages can be accessed from as early as 5 days after working. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully paid, and car and motorbike commuting are both welcome. Note: native-level Japanese language ability is required for this role due to handheld terminal operation and floor coordination.

Wage:
