Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at a Lawson branch in Miyakawa-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, 2 minutes walk from Keikyu Hinode-cho Station and 6 minutes from JR Sakuragicho Station. Duties cover the full range of convenience store operations: cashier (レジ reji) and customer service, product stocking and display, cleaning, and light food preparation; training (研修 kenshuu) and senior staff support are provided, so beginners are fully welcome. Six shift time slots are available across the full clock — daytime (09:00-17:00), evening (17:00-21:45 or 18:00-21:45), short afternoon (09:00-12:00), and two overnight slots (21:45-08:00 and 21:45-02:00). The overnight window from 21:45 onwards attracts a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) that raises the rate to 1,599 yen per hour from 22:00. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully paid, and a comprehensive welfare package including hotel accommodation subsidies, sports facility fees, health checks, and qualification support is provided.
