Hand Cash Burger Hall & Kitchen Staff Part Time Job at Iwatsuki Station 岩槻駅 in Saitama 1,200円
Please confirm workplace location, payment method, shifts, and interview conditions directly with the employer before applying.
Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at 1009Kitchen, a Wagyu beef burger specialist restaurant in Iwatsuki-ku, Saitama City, 5 minutes walk from Iwatsuki Station — the same team also operates a food truck (キッチンカー kicchin-kaa) at festivals and events across the Kanto region several times a month. In-store duties include food prep, simple cooking and plating, welcoming guests, taking orders, cashier (レジ reji) work, serving food and drinks, and cleaning; during kitchen car events you will travel to the venue and work the counter under sometimes intense rush conditions — outdoor festival crowds and long queues are part of the experience. A 14-day training (研修 kenshuu) period runs at 1,150 yen per hour, rising to the 1,200 yen base afterwards; performance is evaluated regardless of age or tenure and the wage can rise up to 2,000 yen per hour for top performers. Hours from 22:00 to closing (23:00) attract a late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) raising the rate to 1,500 yen or more per hour, so applicants must be aged 18 or over to work those hours. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available on request, and hair colour, style, piercings, nails, beard, and casual clothes are all unrestricted. Foreign applicants must hold JLPT N2 or above due to the customer-facing and order-taking nature of the role.
