The work involves four simple, easy-to-learn tasks on a single floor: loading printing paper into machines, boxing the printed output, assembling the cardboard boxes, and sticking labels on the completed boxes — no moving between floors or heavy lifting required. Two full shift patterns are available and you choose one as your dedicated slot: a day shift (09:00-18:00) or a night shift (21:00-06:00 overnight); both are 8 hours of actual work with a 60-minute break and approximately 20 hours of overtime per month. The night shift attracts a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00 to 05:00 raising the rate to 1,500 yen per hour, giving a monthly income example of 250,800 yen plus transport for a full-month night schedule.
